You know that the cheaper the price the higher the number of conversions.
Remember these were set at $1000.00 for 1000 shares....now its 1.25 million shares per 1 share preferred.

Any dividend given those preferred shares are counted as converted commons. Whether the company has the stock or not.

CD alone has 28,750 000 000 shares at this level if he has not converted. Yes that's 28.75 trillion.
($1000.00 ÷ .0008 = 1.25 mill)

If they spinoff the InnovaQor just how much would we get now?
