I'm not so sure. If there are assets but the release of those assets legally depend on the closure of the trust then her futile cases will stall progress. I do not know this to be true so i am speculating just like everyone else. Dont buy the coop asset theory either...this whole case is a huge crapshow. I honestly feel sorry for what people have gone through here for years.
