I don't buy this. If MM's have to cover within seconds, why are there Form T's where they need to disclose the amount of shares they bought or shorted that day. Why would the Form T even exist if the shares were all covered in seconds? They have it so the MM's can play their manipulation games during trading hours and disclose the actual #'s after hours.
Theres either a big pocketed retail investor that buys a big chunk of shares to lift the price up 2-3 cents, then dumps their shares into the bid every trading day to keep the price where it is. Or an MM is consistently shorting it/dumping shares to give the appearance the stock is floundering to panic retail investors whose shares start to dip below cost basis. Someone is using this ticker as their whipping boy.
