I was only replying to a general question that I was asked about the subject. Can you provide an example where this wasn't report? I have not closely followed the CEO stock issuance. I generally know that it is reportable, know that fines can be levied if it is not, but have not tracked this issue specifically regarding PCTL and the CEO. Any insight that you have on this would be most helpful and I think the whole board could benefit from it.
