I don't believe it was implying revenge. The gist I got was that there needs to be striking down laws republiqan laws passed in the 80's that gave gop power and more money. And make it balanced again. And the fairly recent law that mitch personally wrote and forced passing that lifted the control and limits of corporate PAC funding from like 2500.00 to unlimited was a self interest plan of mitch's and tRump as yertle instantly made millions for his wife and his personal PAC. Millions of which he is trying to take with him when he finally retires. That was supposed to be illegal too.
It's not about revenge, but gaining back party control over the other party that has gone full troll awol. They can only hurt by their bank account. Nothing else bothers them. Decency is not in a republiqans vocabulary.
