of the shares or control over PCTL. That's not their MO. They are a diversified micro-cap investor, not a take-over firm.

Good research. This seem to verify the bear's concerns, but I wouldn't call it dumping. It is more liking hedging their investment risk, or down-side protection to mitigate their loan loss risk exposure Read my next post for more info.
