There is a reason that the trial sites are being increased for the NIH study, need to increase enrollment to hit P value

They probably want stat sig on mortality. They were trending toward it with a 13.9% mortality with placebo and 9.6% of treatment. So the government is adding sites. Obviously, the government likes what it sees and wants to see more.
