Since 4/13, the Dec 31, 2020 quiet period has ended, but of course now we are in the March 31, 2021 report quiet period. Basically, the company is only able to freely share info after the release of their last Qtrly report and before the end of the next qtr. If they overlap, then there may not be a window ~

I hold a neutral Position on PCTL and I was answering a reasonable question with the hopes of increasing understanding for posters who follow PCTL. I Understand your sediment and you have valid reasons for it. But I don't respect trashing of a reasonable comment without knowledge of the subject matter.
