My understanding was that Alois sent everything to Wolfgang, who will look over everything and make

sure it is all good to go and upload filings on to the OTC markets website.

Not sure how long it will take Wolfgang to go over all the numbers, or if Wolfgang has a company lined up to

audit the financials before uploading filings .... if we don’t see that yield sign by the end of this

month, I hope we see something by early May .....
