Great article! Maybe that huge investor out of Canada, that had planned to open a 100 locations, can negotiate a bunch of bargain-priced leases on restaurant space that is now sitting empty. Even that one article pointed out that a lot of Subway franchises have been closing down, which KITL has listed as a competitor in their filings. Perhaps those spaces will become readily available as well. Maybe those old franchises just better get out of the way and make room for the new kid on the block!
