Universal Wellness Holding Corp (OTC: "ADHC") announced today that the company been made
aware of false and misleading anonymous comments and postings on online message bords and other
outlets Among these comments are that ADHC is contemplating a reverse split which is patently
untrue and which the Company has addressed in press release as recently as Monday, April 19. In
addition, unsubstantiated allegations regarding past activities of the Company as well as an
orchestrated program of character assassination against current management are in the view of the
Company, “reprehensible”.
These shareholder interests of the Company are being damaged by this fraud and the amount of time
necessary to address these outrageous allegations are taking time away from legitimate Company
business which include making progress on our previously announced important opportunities.
I am requesting our Company attorneys to contact the various message boards to discover the
identities of these anonymous poster who are spreading outright lies and falsehoods. We have also
directed them to investigate the motives behind these statements to determine if there is some
potential financial gain associated with these statements to manipulate the stock.
Again, there is not going to be a reverse share split of ADHC shares.
