I already talked about this with MM. Anything less than 10k shares will not show up on Level2. You will not get matched because you are invisible. Even if you offer to pay 0.08, you probably won't get matched.
So either you buy >10k, or, you join the other guy at the bid and hope to get matched.
You still have to check if your bid is >10k. It may still not show up sometimes. Depends on the broker.
I was on the BID for +6000 shares at 0.06. Today +9000 shares were traded at 0.05-0.0567. I got 0 shares.
That's very normal nowadays. Orders below the visible treshold will only get filled very rarely, many years back that was different, you got lot's of fills in between if you were invisible but that totally changed like 5 years ago or so. Sometimes it happens but usually the MM's don't like to do it.
