That lawsuit had to do with the legal representation around that Kodiak fiasco before the big run. I will never forget it because when you read the entire report on it (8k 11/2016?), an unnamed person at OWC approved everything. At the time I thought it was Ziv. But after watching everything since then, I guarantee it was Bignitz. It has his incompetence and money grab written all over it. And he did the same thing with the DGF mess, grabbing money and not giving a damn about the consequences.
