New mgmt is expected to get filings from old mgmt and audited in 2 weeks, SEc knows that’s gonna be out of their control in such short timeline forcing it to go to greys so MMs can manipulate price down in grey market and get bailed out.

SEC screwed us to bail out the reckless MMs one again, plain and simple.

I've had the experience that a suspension has never been made and then a company has been positively reinstated.
