Yan had said in his tweets previously new company and new plan. He talked about not having control of NOHO. So the news is not out of line with what was said... it just wasn't as clear because of some vagueness and points lost in translation.
It's not impossible that whoever has control of NOHO will do something with it, but with the AS/OS being so high, I wouldn't bet on it. I have done the most digging and brought the most DD for NOHO. I'm sad to say it's not happening, but I have sold all my shares because I believe Bost's statement and it is in line with what Yan posted.
I won't tell anyone here what to do, but I'm out of NOHO and waiting for Yan's next company.
