LOL....I love the ridiculous notion that some broker/dealers are sitting in a room plotting the downfall of a stinkie pinkie’s stock price. Never ceases to amaze me what can be accepted as fact in penny land.

I doubt a single human brain cell was exercised in facilitating any of the trading activity on HMBL the last few days.

MM’s exist to execute their clients orders and in the OTC they do so using algorithms that allow them to meet the requirements for best execution and speed. They make money on the spread and trading fees. They hold very little inventory of OTC stocks because the risk is too high. The only proprietary trading they might do is with Exchange traded stocks.

If someone wants to believe that it’s the big bad MM causing the price fall and not some actual selling by people who own the stock and are deciding to exit...then they are operating in a fantasy world and not reality.

The S-1 was required to be filed by the toxic lender so the stock is registered and free trading immediately.

My guess is that the SEC will have lots of questions on the S-1.

"$50 MILLION in FINANCING IN PLACE! And REQUIRED S1 SEC FILING DONE FOR UPLIST TO NASDAQ!..."

The $50 million in financing isn't in place.

I see you don't understand toxic financing or how OTC scams operate.
