Let’s look at all this RS split talk: I.e 100m shares outstanding pre RS (input any # outstanding u want). 4-1 RS means 25M O/S (input ur # divided by 4)

BUYOUT - $5B (input any # u want)
100M = $50 per share
25M = $200 pps

100,000 shares pre RS - $5M
25,000 post RS - $5M

So RS doesn’t matter, all that matter is BO price, return is the same no matter what the RS is
