For anyone who has seen their investment wiped out and/or bought into all the dilution insurance hype up to and after the reverse split and/or believes a public company should operate like a public company, the SEC provides this:

I suggest letting them know what has happened with erhe stock and also about the false and/or misleading claims repeatedly put forth by a small circle of investors who supposedly control more than half the erhe shares accumulated at price in the triple zeros.
