Well this move really puzzles me then....and is a reason why it would be good to have a little clarification on what is going on there.

What kind of resources are they sinking into this acquisition and merger? What kind of value will it bring to CSLI and the shareholders here?

They will have majority ownership, not part. And yes they are reverse merging a partner company in to help them go public. Hopefully Cultive, even if its someone else that's great news just another company we never knew about that we are working with..
