What docket are you checking daily?

The one that is on the Delaware's website?

If so, no one will be updated from their.... That's not how it works with Delaware...

You can only get updates through a subscription from file and serve or live in Delaware and access their country clerks terminals.

You have to have an account to file and serve and to check the docket every time you have to pay big money.

The only way around the it is if you are part of the court case or have connections of some type... :)

What response are you expecting? Ziv Turner is no longer involved with OWC, nor has any interest in being involved. I believe he and the rest of us are waiting to see what Israeli citizen they can find to be appointed as director to confirm to Israeli law. By law, all Israeli companies need at least one Israeli citizen as director. Absent that, the company is liable to be shut down, with all claims and debts paid by sales of assets.
