Yep. NASDAQ Genius GNUS merged with Squared International a few yrs back. Now today SGOO filed with NVSOS a name change to "Geniussqrd" with matching names on the filings!
It's suspected SGOO is about to merge and be a spinoff of a 1/2 billion dollar Nasdaq Co GNUS.
With a 16 Million float here, if merger news hits SGOO will be $1+++
