Correct. But I am thinking this announcement was to protect Kings interests a little better than simply having a JV. Maybe this gets spelled out better for us, maybe it doesn't. But folks that downplay the fact that money is to be made as a result of this JV, and that everything is not shared(IP rights fully owned by KBLB) Maybe itr was announced because the name of the company just came through. Not all JV's do it this way. Why?
