Those idiots are smart. Company isn't doing that great and needs more financing to stay afloat. This ship isn't going anywhere for now but down.

NOTE 4. LIQUIDITY, CONTINUED OPERATIONS, AND GOING CONCERN

........The Company has continued limited PV production at its manufacturing facility. The Company does not expect that sales revenue and cash flows will be sufficient to support operations and cash requirements until it has fully implemented its product strategy. During the nine months ended September 30, 2020 the Company used $1,473,988 in cash for operations.

Additional projected product revenues are not anticipated to result in a positive cash flow position for the next twelve months overall and, as of September 30, 2020, the Company has negative working capital. As such, cash liquidity sufficient for the next twelve months will require additional financing.........

Not asking for direct advice....trying to understand the mechanics.
Please explain why, or why not, this reasoning is good or flawed....

IF a position sold, at say .0325
And now stock sits at .0329 or higher...
Bid (xM) sitting at .031....
Now, IF that bid for shares in the millions is large enough that the order does get filled to pick up the revenue....could a person, in theory, place a bid ABOVE that price at .032??? and have any expectations of it being filled on that price dip going back up??
Or does the smaller .032? order just get blown-by on the price return because the potatoes are too tiny to address??

Please, all knowledge is welcome!!
I thank you in advance.
