I'm not getting it. The market isn't getting it. Apparently, only you and 1 other poster are getting it.

Can you explain to me and everyone else how today's PR is different? Did the Jan 26th PR announce anything other than the fact that KBLB & King's Group were going to create a joint venture named Spydasilk where everything was jointly owned by both companies? And can you explain how today's PR announced anything other than the fact that the entity - that they announced in January that they were going to create - is now officially an entity on paper that is jointly owned by both companies?

Seriously, please explain how today's PR is any different than what January's PR announced was going to happen.

In Jan, kim stated that they would be working on a JV...today they announced that JV has been initiated...thats a good thing...its progress...its doing what they said they would do...and it was confirmed along with some nice comments from the kings group...
