Exactly, Rayo. And going from a Joint Venture to forming a Joint Venture Company is waaaayyy different than just operating as a Joint venture. Who here thinks when KBLB and Polartec upgrade their MOU into a full-on Strategic Partnership/Joint Venture they will be forming a separate company along with it? I highly doubt it. Would be the bomb to see, but, highly doubtful. Companies form Joint ventures all the time. Combining to form a separate company to handle the Joint venture? Not so much.
