And this is the way attorneys write, plain and simple. So, if KBLB PR's are so plain and simple, why can't folks connect all of the pieces and understand what is happening?

‘All’ they do is show prototypes.
I have not seen any PR’s mentioning value contracts, delivery milestones, etc...

Kim could have done better in the past, showing prototypes of jackets, ties, tennis clothes.

But IMO, we are close to see those prototypes now....

We have sealed a 40Mio contract, and now set up a legal entity for commercialisation.

Have not seen that from competition yet.

They have the same as KBLB had with Warwick, Polartec: a so called deal to develop things together, without any milestones attached....
We are further with Kings, we have a production/delivery deal, and we have a joint legal entity.

Well as far as I am aware, it is indeed the first joint company in the spider silk sub-sector. There might come filings defining the addition of Kings Group as an investment.

It takes much trust to merge companies into a single company, especially if there are buyouts in the mix. Kings has locked fortunes with Kraig Labs. It goes beyond the JDA's the others have.

Saying it is filler isn't a put down. It is simply recognition of the reality that everyone is waiting for production details. It is coming but the fact that I am invested in a second company from what we had yesterday.... this shouldn't be diminished, but I get that it isn't going to align with all agendas.
