1) Proof of Concept
2) Proof of Production
3) Proof of Mass Production capabilities

Otherwise neither form the partnership. Strategic or as a Joint Venture Company. The latter just solidifies the proof of the aforementioned even more. We're definitely Holding the Golden, Blue!

Then where is commercial production?

It has been almost 6 months since eggs were delivered to Vietnam. Yet, the only statement that has been made by the company regarding any sort of production has been about a (supposed) "small shipment" that they mailed to themselves.
