Where in the $40M PR was it mentioned these companies would form a JOINT Company? Where in the follow-up documents detailing in full the parameters of their agreement did it state they were going to form a JOINT company?

Therein lies your BIG difference between the two PR's. And, no matter statements to the contrary, in the Business World, moving a Strategic Partnership from the simple Partnership state to the Joint Venture Company state, is HUGE!

Regardless, none of that has anything to do with NASDAQ. Just a continuation of confusing what is actually happening here.
