Ya I'm thinking there's more to come otherwise what was the point of applying for the up listing to let the PPS to fall under .01 would be a huge setback and would definitely reflect poorly on the company. Fingers crossed.
The 10K painted a rather factual picture. COVID really affected the business. I don't suppose VNUE qualifies for any recovery money. I don't expect the pps to fall drastically tomorrow because those who would sell have already sold. The beauty of an unfavorable 10K dropping on a Friday is that you only have one trading day before the weekend. It's good to think about where VNUE is and where it's going before selling. Looking at the 10K, it seems like they are under promising and maybe they will over deliver. OTCQB should be intact.
