NOTE 9 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS



On July 8, 2019, the Company executed an employment agreement with Conrad Huss, the new CEO. The agreement provides for a salary of $10,000 per month. As of September 30, 2020, $262,000 has been credited to accrued compensation.





Consulting Expense

Consulting expense for the nine months ended September 30, 2020 and September 30, 2019 was $150,000 and $-0-. A consulting contract was signed effective April 1, 2020. For a fee of $25,000 per month, payable in a note, the consultant shall provide accounting and financial statement services, evaluate business acquisition opportunities and help in securing financing.
