Can someone let me know who is suing this company over their apparent past hiring practices in following all existing anti discrimination laws on the books for years now. Does this mean that they have not been following any existing laws in relation to hiring of minorities who are qualified candidates. So they are basically making that statement open in the public eye with this latest attempt at being compliant with current and old existing laws that protect potential employee candidates from discriminatory practices? I do not follow? Because of a newly found Woke Nation they now feel compelled to follow these laws that they should have been following for years now? Where are the lawyers over this fiasco here? Geez any lawyers with a brain out there.
