So they sold at sub 20 to keep from having to many shares at 40?

I agree with jb128 that a potential suitor, such as Gilead, could put forth a tender offer just below $40. I think it may suit their MO to drive the target company's share price into the dirt before making an offer reflective of where our share price would have been, if they hadn't tanked the stock to begin with.

And in terms of Nomis, with the company reporting that insiders have 50.2% of the shares, that could mean they only have the majority by 137,000 shares. So it is concerning when Nomis sells 83,568 shares, as just reported.

My only open sell order is still in place in the $104 range. But I haven't transferred any money into my bank account since June or July, so I may have to make a sell at a lower price, since I screwed up the day I sold at $27.78 and $29.07...and decided to buy more shares instead of taking that profit, which was the whole reason I sold. Stupid.

A less favorable scenario that I'm watching out for is if those Authorized preferred shares get issued to management. Then they could sell common shares at $40, and make up for it by getting an insane price for their preferred shares.

But, management retains my full faith and confidence. I think we will be worth much more than the $104+ at which I want to sell a portion of my shares. But I promise myself, if I have a chance to sell a few shares again as I did last week, I WILL transfer the profit to my bank (the capitalized "WILL" is me telling myself I really mean it this time, LOL).
