As I'm sure a seasoned investor like yourself will know the SP doesn't always reflect the intrinsic value of a company, especially so if this is an ex-US company.
However I still have not heard your points.
As someone proclaiming 'terrible management' there must be some points to elicit that bring you to this point of view on what management has or has not done within its power. Making such claims on something outside of management's power is clearly illogical.
I have listed my points, and I look forward to hearing yours. If you have no points to bring forward then it would seem an unfounded proposition to state 'terrible management'.
