Todays NSAV green was on high volume. The red on low volume. This is very important below.

Preferred A Shares have NO conversion rights.

b. Series A Preferred Stock.
(1) Voting Rights. Except as otherwise provided by the CRS, the holders of the issued and
outstanding shares of the Series A Preferred Stock shall be entitled to 1,000 votes for each
share held by them.
