Hi Coalminers good to see you post. I am of the opinion that the last part of the financing was held off till the valid date expires that gives an excuse not open. once that date expires , NO MORE excuses do it as it should. the more everybody sits waiting the more the danger of serious queries.
You are absolutely right. One thing of good interest is the financials. These have been promised on or before April 14th. That gives everybody a chance to delve further. AS A MATTER OF INTEREST: I used to follow and post on iHub quite a lot following Chemtura then some of the quasp "hum" never mind and NHSH "hum". also many other traders under another handle, but left off for several years. Recently a few people I know well have a vested interest in WBST and I thought I would look at what is going on.
What filing are you reading that references their private financing efforts? Also, is there a deadline for them to complete the IPO? Thank you, I am very interested in their technology, and I am going to start following more closely.
