W-9 - LG WMILT can't close as long as there is any pending litigation such as AGs or something else estate has against.As per the Trust agreement and POR, WMILT has to inform the beneficial holders that they are closing and file a certificate of cancellation and provide a copy to the Resident Trustee.
No one knows WMILT tax attributes yet,it could be a SPV.IMO.
Why did they collect W-9 information from former shareholders during voting for the Plan?.
