Really? Diluting MM’s always have 10k on ask so they can sell more shares at higher prices and not block the ask with 1M shares when total volume was around 3M for the day. No one with ounce of brain will do that thinking they can sell so many shares when volume is puny, unless it’s clear manipulation to load cheaper. SMDH.
Noteholders are restricted by volume, 10% in fact, if someone would swipe up the ask in fail swoop, they would be in breach of volume limitation defined in contract. And any excess would be deducted from the outstanding amount. They would then lose their conversion benefit.
