Wondering if SNPW has received confirmation (in writing) that this proposed bill will not apply to the Medi.

The DEM letter (2/5/2021) states:

"What is Pyrolysis? Is it incineration? Pyrolysis is similar to incineration in that they both use
high heat to break down organic materials such as cloth and plastic. It differs from incineration
in that the heating is done in an anoxic (without oxygen) environment. The process produces a
flammable gas that is then burned in the presence of oxygen to produce electricity." Link below.

Guess it will be how high heat is defined. Anyone see a copy of the proposed bill?
