The daily short report doesn't really tell you anything. It is a running tab of the workings of the MMs. To find out if there is any REAL shorting go to OTC Markets and look at Short Interest. That report, which is bi-monthly, is a stake in the ground that tells you what shares are still short after the MMs have cleaned up their mess. Anything you do NOT see that was on the daily has already been covered.
The report dated 3/15/2021 shows 119,662 shares short. About an hour's worth of trading to cover. Not significant.
