This is an offering of class B shares for accredited and a very few non accredited share holders. If you read everything it says the non accredited share holders will be mostly family and close friends. This is a good sign and will not dilute the pps.
They want family and friends to have an opportunity to get rich with us!!
It’s a long hold but this will be good!
