I doubt it..unless a drug has known germ line effects (e.g. alkylating agents, radiation, etc.) i dont think pratically speaking doctors are going to give this concern much weight when prescribing. of course if a drug is a category x (or perhaps even D) then precautions are necessary when giving a drug to reproductive aged women, and that might skew a doctor's prescribing habits
