What does the company have to do now to get back to regular trading?

Every SEC Suspension expires after 10 market days. On the 11th market day and every market day thereafter the stock can trade on the Grey Market without any quotations, ie., no bids or asks.

Companies do not have to do anything because that process and timeline is dictated by the SEC.
