Yes for the 2006 I would agree that most companies submit in Feb so I believe Cavico will also.

Prior years I think will come in earlier.

However I think the days of the stock at 60 cents are over. I know it was your magic number. :)

I don't believe it will get below .90 now.

We will have to wait and see what happens.

Another month down...

I guess my prediction from 6 weeks ago (post 2216) was inaccurate. To say management "owes an update" is a HUGE understatement at this point. They owed shareholders an update 4 months ago.
