There is not now and never was a merger. This was an SISP that failed turned liquidation which resulted in the sale of all of BioAmbers assets for $4.34 mil minus the cash, AR, inventory, some office furniture in MN and the contracts that nobody wanted.
There is no merger to ere never was

The dead and gone company the worthless shares are attached too was incorporated in Delaware. Yes that is in the United States not Canada. In the real world it is the company that sells the shares not the government. The sludge plant in Sarnia got a government LOAN . But that means nothing . They didn't get their money back either .
