After his release from prison he once again conspired with Eddie and the two recruited an old friend --William Lee Miller (a flea market used tool vendor in the Stuart, Fl area) to act as front man/ CEO of Eddie's SUTIMCO (SUTI). Eddie named Miller as an officer with the SOS and they issued PR's stating "Cannabis Venture Capitalist Firm expanding into answers to the nations opioid/opiate crisis through otherwise non pharmaceutical natural methods."

They set up a new Facebook page where "Miller" (aka traderbill02) allegedly made multiple posts like this one--

The next day Luther reportedly overdosed and died at age 47 and the posts stopped.

Luther, who was active on an opioid dopers forum on Reddit, and was making posts about a new product (kratom) a penny stock he claimed to run. People on Reddit had sent money to Luther to cover shipping for free samples then trashed him when he disappeared.
