Actually, I can't make any of those numbers add up.

Cassandra: In the definitive proxy, footnote 7 alludes to "warrants to purchase 500,000 shares," but does not narrow it down beyond "all officers and directors as a group."

Here's what I come up with:


Numbers by individual:
- exercisable options - 966,667
- warrants - 0
- unvested options - 583,333

Number as a group:
- exercisable options - 1,287,500
- warrants - 500,000
- unvested options - 912,500

Obviously I don't know how this works.
