Yes but the money is not coming from kkr. The first distributions will be for the cash catch-up. That will also start the quarterly dividend until 2041. Nothing to do with coop.

There is a dividend for p’s with the interest earned which kkr did benefit until the end of 2017 or until they were caught and then another ownership occurred. The p’s interest is being used as an instrument for business within coop. Something fishy. I am also waiting for bonds to be paid as well including one year a coupon dividend from coop. At the same time flipping a few shares on this stock. From where I am no personal calls.
