What's missing is Sam stepping up to the microphone and communicating to the shareholders as requested.
I can respect your opinions but unless you are the President or a spokes person directly connected in a management capacity it's not fixing the issues.
As far as Sam acquiring the shell form DR.DOKI, no evidence of that transaction can be found.
From an investor friend to a friend, I would rethink the use of claiming DR.DOKI is involved as a "Silent Partner". I'm not sure you understand what you just implied. I would not go there in the business sense. (As a friend to another, I'm just trying to be helpful).
Stating that DR.DOKI is / has investors lined up is suspect. If DR.DOKI or Sam cannot move the company forward, starting with direct communications to the shareholder, how can they gain confidence with anyone?
I've already commented about the OTC. In business they are not the complete problem. Again, DR.DOKI and Sam have to possess the management knowhow, experience to move over, under, around any obstacles they may encounter at any time.
If they are experiencing any problems with the OTC, spend some of that R/S stock and jump over the OTC to the big boards. Otherwise why R/S our stock shares. Lets get something out of that stint.
Also, company revenues don't always move a stock price or position a firm in a more favorable position. It's the brains behind the operations as well as it's notable current and future sustainable demand for those products or services. (It's that simple).
Every business corporation knows it needs brains and most importantly, a CEO and President that have a pleasing personality or charisma. They can speak effectively and know how to motivate their audiences. In this case the current shareholders and future investors.
If DR.DOKI or Sam communicates to prospective investors like they do (don't) to the current shareholders, we are going nowhere like now.
Also let me remind you and you should already know this, if it was not for shareholders like you and me not selling our shares to the Wolfson's, there would not be an OBCN company today for DR.DOKI or Sam to be setting on or in.
The Wolfsons wanted to repurchase all of our shares and go private. That is a fact! So (IMO), DR.DOKI and Sam should be kissing the ground we walk on if you know what I mean!!
Sure, they could have found another shell, but not like this one mister. And yes there are flippers and pumpers here as well I'm sure. But DR.DOKI and President Sam needs to show a lot more respect to this company now in their control, and the most respect to the original shareholder who still are holding long.
That starts with communicating directly to us. Additionally, I would feel personally accosted (insulted) if DR.DOKI and Sam were holding back the company for their investor friends over us. (You know what I mean).
I've spoken with Suresh, he to has nothing to say about OBCN. He said he knew nothing and basically it is not his job function. He is out of the loop. (Herein lies the common problems. Nobody in management knows how to directly communicate to the shareholders).
I feel for poor Preya and respect her because she can communicate effectively. The problem with this is they don't really give her anything to communicate about. (Again, this is the problem with the current management).
As far as Sam's company before Athena joined, there was evidence of a real "OBOCON" company. Only a website with that name on it and claimed partners they do not acknowledge. (If I am wrong, let President Sam come out and put this strait. I only know what I've researched. I am person enough that stands to be corrected.
With respect, this means President Sam, not you CLSI.
So to suffice it to say, and don't take this personal, President Sam has to stand up, show up and learn to speak clearly into the microphone, and address us shareholders. I won't stop until he does or DR.DOKI removes him! We deserve much, much better at this point.
Thanks for everything CLSI, but now it is time for President Sam to speak up and do his job or DR.DOKI has to do his. It's as simple as that. Lets get past the OTC thing. They are no longer friends to start-ups.
