I see some brokers are allowing buys and sells. Still not a good move as the B/A is not a 15c2-11 quote, only a broker/dealer best pricing.

Look at todays trades v what TD still shows. All trades were @.0003 or .0002 except for three .0004's, but TD shows a .0005/.0008.

Guaranteed loser.
