They are likely coming. Revenue is not lost. What happens is the infringing company either settles with the patent holder or the patent holder is awarded money in a trial. These cases are usually pretty cut and dry. No defense really for profiting off someone else's intellectual property. You can't use the excuse that you were unaware of the patent either. That doesn't hold water in court. The judicial system almost always sides with the patent holder.
That being said, this could take a LONG time. Filing suits and coming to settlements is a lengthy process.
